Utah Maternity Photographer - Tasha's Twins

Tasha was scheduled to deliver her twin babies on March 23rd. Taking advantage of the fact that she would be in my area the night before, we scheduled a very last minute maternity session for the evening of March 22nd. I had seen some of Tasha's pictures on Facebook. I wasn't sure she would make it. But she did, and we got some great pictures to help document this wonderful occasion.

I think this last image means she's "done cooking" and ready to have these twins! :)


As of April 6th, the babies are still at the hospital but doing well. Tasha announced that she was able to sit and rock both of her babies at the same time this evening and exclaimed that it was a "PIECE OF HEAVEN".
Congratulations Tasha! Bring them home soon! :)

Jessi Fox Maternity

Jessi and Jason are expecting a new little addition to the family in a couple of months. I often wait until much closer to the due day (usually about one month prior), but Jessi is so short that she is rocking the belly already.  So we decided to do her pictures early.  Check out her cute belly pics:

Progressive Maternity - featuring Becky

Most maternity pictures are scheduled to be taken near the end of the pregnancy - usually at around 32-35 weeks, when the mother's belly is well defined, but before she feels too big or before we start running the risk of an early delivery happening before the photo session.

 I met Becky just over a year ago when I was doing pictures with her and her boyfriend. I found out soon after that she was pregnant, long before she would be showing, and I quickly asked her if she wouldn't mind letting me do a "progessive maternity set" with her. Starting so early, we could show her figure long before any changes have happened right up until she delivered. She recently announced that she was starting to dilate so we did our final pictures and I can now show these to you. Hopefully she will soon be bringing her baby girl Lillian into the world.

Beautiful Sheyra

I met Sheyra at a wedding earlier this year.  I can't remember now if she told me she was pregnant then or if I found out later on Facebook.  But she is so gorgeous I asked if she would be interested in a maternity session.  She chose to do an outdoor session at the International Peace Gardens in Salt Lake City.  Here are some of my favorite pictures from that session:

Beautiful Emily

Emily is perhaps one of the prettiest brides I've had the honor of photographing. I was excited to find out she was pregnant and expecting soon. And now she's just about the prettiest mom-to-be that I've ever had the pleasure of photographing.

I love maternity pictures. Mothers are so radiant at this time of their lives. What an honor to be able to record this for her and her husband to remember for years to come.
