I don't think I've ever met Miss Utah.
In fact, I'm not so sure I've ever even met someone who competed to become Miss Utah.
Well, that much has changed. Rachel Marie McCash, current Miss Cottonwood Heights, recently asked me to do a head shot for submission to the Miss Utah Pageant. We later found out that an "official photographer" will be doing all of the head shots. But Rachel and I still went ahead with the photo shoot. Freed from having to do just "head shots" we decided to have a little fun with the photo shoot. Below are some of the images I captured for her:
Best of Luck to you Rachel in your competition for Miss Utah, Miss USA, Miss Universe!

Very nice set. If I was to pick a favourite, I'd pick the last few, with the jeans and boots. Just a very natural look.
I don't know what I'm talking about really, and I hope you don't mind me saying something, but she's got very nice lips and they get lost a bit in the black and white. But all the pictures are really nice. Well done.
She is beautiful! Good luck to you Rachel!
Well, you know someone who was Miss St. George and competed in Miss Utah and then later went on to win the Mrs. Utah Pageant and came in the top 10 of the Mrs. United States pageant. I just won't tell you who since I don't like people to know! Did I just give too much away?
Anyway, beautiful pictures. Love them.
Thanks so much for the beautiful post!!! I will do my best in the pageant in October and I hope my best wins the Miss Utah title! I had a wonderful time in your studio, and I wish you the best of luck in your future projects!
